I am sorry to say that I will cease all delivery via TaQBin door-to-door delivery effective today, 19 May 2012.
They have failed in many cases to deliver by the service level they have committed, resulting in my customers having to wait and call them to follow-up. I am very sorry for your frustrations.
All delivery will be via SingPost, so there will be no delivery on weekends.
I will be able to meet up at Holland Village on weekends though.

I had that experience too. They are not responsible for delay as well.
